Glamorous Vintage Wedding Mallorca

Glamorous Vintage Wedding Mallorca – the wedding season truly had a wow end this year! It was October and it was a very warm and sunny autumn day. Rose and Tom tied the knot in a small chapel of their family owned estate Son Torrella, which has a monastic history from seventeenth century. When I went to see Rose and Tom at the Finca before their wedding, I literally thought that my GPS has taken me to the wrong place. From far away I already saw the impressive facade of the property with its eight balconies and central tower. It is probably the most romantic Spanish property I have ever seen-  one out of a movie. When Rose run down the massive staircase to greet me, I knew I’m in the write place and that soon I will be capturing their glamorous Mallorca vintage wedding in this dreamy palace!

Hundred fifty guests from England and Spain gathered to witness and celebrate their love. After the ceremony, followed by champagne and canapés by the pool, one of the family members invited the guests to the dinner area by playing Uilleann pipes. Long wooden tables were set in the cobbled center courtyard where traditional Spanish paella was served. The central courtyard fountain, decorated with a curtain of fairy lights, made a statement about this place. Everything was just straight out of a fairy tale!

Rose looked incredibly glamorous and elegant in her low back cowl vintage dress by Charlie Brear, combined with flower head piece and golden feather back necklace. Gloria Events Mallorca took care of the organisation and putting together all the magic of the day. It was a truly memorable last wedding of the season! Can we please do it all again next year?
