Finca Son Mir Wedding

I was so excited about capturing this Finca Son Mir wedding of Patricia and Stefan. Their big day was a very special one as these two had been already together since 13 years! I met Patricia and Stefan in Palma before their wedding and I was amazed by their love story and excitement to finally tie the knot on beautiful island Mallorca.

Every time I enter the long Palma tree driveway to the 17th century Finca, I remember how much I love shooting weddings in this place. Patricias and Stefan’s wedding ceremony area was set up on the bottom lawn with an incredibly beautiful flower arch made by Joanna Walton. The Michelin star chef Marc Fosh as always created dreamy dinner set up with long tables in front of the Finca- overlooking the bay of Palma. I love his Mediterranean cuisine, which is creative and traditional at the same time.

Patricia looked so gorgeous in her elegant yet sexy open back lace dress, paired with golden flower headpiece and bridal vail, which she took off after the ceremony. Stephan and his best man were all dresses in dark blue bow tie attire. Since the wedding was in August, it was supposed to be an extremely hot and dry day.  The weather God decided to surprise us with some heavy clouds and even few rain drops just before the ceremony. Luckily it all cleared up later and Patricia and Stephan had the perfect light for their couples session and dinner.

Patricia and Stephan had their first dance as a married couple under thousands of twinkly fairy lights and surrounded by 100 sparklers. Pretty magical, right?

I’m so blessed that I was part of Patricias and Stephan’s Finca Son Mir wedding and I wish them both few more thirteen years full of love and happiness! Thank you for having me <3
